FAQs

  • A regular facial often follows a standard protocol, but a Custom Facial is tailored to your exact skin needs at the time of your appointment. We start with a detailed skin analysis, then select products, techniques, and enhancements based on your skin type, current condition, and goals. This ensures every treatment is unique and results-driven.

  • For most clients, we recommend every 4–6 weeks to maintain optimal skin health and see continuous improvement. If you’re targeting a specific concern—like acne, fine lines, or uneven pigmentation—your esthetician may recommend a more frequent schedule initially, then move to maintenance visits.

  • Arrive with a clean face if possible, and avoid strong at-home exfoliants or retinol for at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you’re combining your facial with another treatment like microneedling or a peel, follow your provider’s pre-treatment guidelines for best results.

  • You can, but we recommend allowing your skin to breathe and fully absorb the treatment products for the rest of the day. Many clients love leaving their appointment makeup-free because their skin looks fresh, radiant, and hydrated.
